Mock Draft Challenge

Does anyone do a mock draft challenges with their buddies? I do it every year with my friends and every year the scoring system for it just doesn't seem quite right. It's hard to master because of trades that happen during the draft, etc. Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for a scoring system on doing mock drafts with friends?
