This one is so tough because it is so much better for the Angels to trade him. They have zero shot of making the WS with him, but take him off the roster they really don’t have much of a shot of being a playoff team anytime soon either.

I read your stuff and putting your ideas on the Mariners Trade Deadline thread is great. But if trades in MLB go nuts, it can get lost easily on this page.

Not a trade deadline but a roster addition a couple months ago.

A kid I coached in little league got called up to the show for the SF Giants in late May and is posting up some nice stats on the hill of thrills for them.

Ryan Walker ( drafted 31st round out of WSU ) I coached him for a couple years when he was 12-13yo playing in Stilly Valley LL.

My nickname for him on our team was 'big show' ( all the kids had nicknames I gave them )
