I like Nos's team but last baseball draft I had a similar team and I feel Nos doesn't have the speed my team has. I have a good balance of power hitters, base stealers, good OBP guys. I also feel my bullpen is better. I'm not saying my team is clearly better but I am saying I think I would win a 7 game series. 4-3.

I think Ritz lineup would score more runs. I think Nos has better starting pitching. I think Ritz has a better defensive team with a fast OF and a fantastic catcher in Pudge over the so so Piazza. I think Nos has a little better pen. I think Ritz has a little better bench. 4 games to 3 in an even matchup between to very good but very even teams

I love Ritz's team, but my rotation simply destroys his. My defense is much better. The fact Pudge is better defensively doesnt have the same affect as Piazza being a much better hitter. My up the middle defense is the best in the draft. I have hitters who hit either way so his already much weaker staff wouldnt have any advantages there. I think I win this one 4 games to 2

I hate picking against either of you because I like you both, but I think my point was valid. Your argument for Piazzas D was that he's a better hitter... that was never in dispute lol. But a PRIME Pudge would make your team station to station, even Raines. On the other side, Henderson,(and even Gwynn and Trout) would turn singles into doubles and triples stealing on Piazzas noodle arm. In series this tight, that is huge IMO

You take nos if you think he has the best team no matter what people will say or think. Nos has a really good team and so do I in my opinion.

Yall wouldn't be in the semi's otherwise. There are three great teams and the best team ever assembled that are already out...

Your top 2 is better but Ritz might have a better 3-5. I'm really just flipping a coin here I don't have a strong lean either way. I think Nos' edge in the middle of the order and top of the rotation gets it done

I love ya man but I don't agree with your opinions here, you're assuming all my guys hit singles and you are also assuming Trout, Gwynn and Rickey are always gonna be standing on first base. Shit, I had Rickey and Cobb last draft and that wasn't good enough. I would just like to point out again there is a reason all star games aren't decided by stolen bases, there is usually between 1 - 3 stolen bases in the all star game. Did they play a factor in last nights game? Nope!

Steals per year in the All Star game.

Notice a trend? When you have the greatest players who ever lived hitting you don't chance running into outs...

You know whats kinda funny, you guys one draft say oh because of power this is the best team so the next draft I draft the best power then you say oh that's the best team cuz of the speed then the next draft I draft the best possible speed then you say man that starting pitching is unbeatable so I draft the best rotation now we are back to speed... I freakin' love you guys! Feel like i'm on punked... lolzzz

You know why people vote for Nos? So they don't have to hear him go on how they are wrong for voting against him.

You can't use All Star games any more than the Pro Bowl IMO

I gotta agree here... Only for baseball though... I draft who I like in other sports but when we do baseball I try to get a read and I lose because of the switch... That's why I grab so many homerun guys this draft... :noidea:

Don't make me give you a bullshit! I don't have a problem him voting for you I just had an issue with him saying its because of speed and your defense is better.
