I agree, Yeo. And the people who covered it up should do hard time in prison. But the NCAA is not designed or empowered to act on these matters. The proper authorities should be dealing with this, not the NCAA.

The NCAA did one wrong thing, they should have remove PSU from the NCAA and made the work to get back just like a player who screw up on many teams.
