Agree.... As a Buckeye fan I can no longer even take pleasure from this. Its like when Darth Vader died. Even though he was an asshole, he was still a worthy adversary.

Our histories (TOSU/MICH) have been tied together for so many years and now our old enemy is gone. One just loses purpose for a while. Not sure who to hate now.

His issue was Defense, you can't run a 3-3 where they run the ball all day, not sure why he never figured that out.

two 8-5 season and undefeated this year. he started off terrible at Michigan but things were turning around and he was starting to get the players he needed for his system. michigan didn't want to give him anymore time. hows that worked out for them?

I think Hoke got lucky by coming into a good situation. I think Michigan goes 10-3 or 11-2 with Rich Rod in 2011. If he could have pulled a solid def coordinator and let them control the defense, he would do well in the B1G.
