State kicked tOSU to the curb after 24 straight wins and beat them decisively, 34-24. Auburn let Missouri score 42 points, beat both Alabama and Georgia on last second lucky plays.

State is getting robbed in my humble opinion.

Eh tough to argue with quality of wins for Auburn ( even if some of them were flukey ) also Auburns loss is better than MSU's. Who would have thought in September that the straight screw jobs the refs did on the Spartans in the ND-MSU game would cost MSU a BCS title game chance??? Sad for MSU but it happens.

Michigan state has a worse loss, not as good of a signature win and overall not as strong of a resume. I will take the Rose Bowl against a comparable team with us that we have a fair shot of winning. I wouldn't like our chances against FSU.

Michigan state has a worse loss, not as good of a signature win and overall not as strong of a resume. I will take the Rose Bowl against a comparable team with us that we have a fair shot of winning. I wouldn't like our chances against FSU.

All of MSU's wins were decisive, not close. The one loss was a rivalry game. Auburn just barely got by Wash. State, Miss. State, TAM, UGA and Bama. I think MSU has the better resume. By far.

That's my opinion. Oh well. Auburn is clearly benefiting from the SEC bias of the pollsters. But remember they beat Bama purely on a luck play, same with Georgia.

Auburn gave up as many or more in 5 of their games this year. That was the most Michigan State gave up. There were 5 Big Ten games where Michigan State's defense did not give up a touchdown. And Tennessee put up 23 on Auburn.

With MSU's defense they can beat anyone in the country. The same cannot be said of Auburn.

Auburn is going to get taken out behind the woodshed by FSU. And I'm going to love every minute of it!

Not really sure why MSU has a worse loss than AU. Both ND and LSU aren't that good this year, IMO.

My general opinion of Michigan St is slightly colored by the fact that the Nebraska fans that Ive talked to generally think that they gave that game away and I dont think Nebraska was good at all this year. Michigan St is arguably the hottest team in CFB, though
