I think we have talent on the DL, but can they make a full year on 6 guys? We will get a little help come fall, but how many of our freshman can come in right now and play, will be like last year.

Summary: Rose should do well on the outside. Hymen must improve. NTs are undersized. Metro news guys grad the DL at D+ and D.

Does not make me very optimistic. Getting a push up front will be key in our Defenses success next year. For the 3-3-5 to work, we need a push in the middle. I don't know if Brown and Howard have the muscle to do it in the B12.

I thought one reason to switch to the 3-3-5 was to match the strengths… or weaknesses of the boys up front. In the stack, they can hopefully get doubled teamed to free the LB's to make plays.

Hopefully, they will be stout enough up front to effectively make this defense work.
