I honestly will not be surprised if we go winless for the rest of the year. We have the talent to win more, but we rely too much on perimeter play, and just cant finish games strong

Well that was disappointing. Pretty much everyone stunk the joint out minus Wilson. What sucks even more is I had this game pegged as one of our last 2 chances to win a game. 10 wins is gonna be really hard

Wilson needs to look for his own shot more in the first half. He has gone off in the second half two games in a row. He had one shot attempt in the first half. Trevor Thompson had a pretty good game as well.

WTF? We only lost by 6? I turned it off about midway through the 2nd half. I see freshman led us in scoring (Wilson) and rebounding (Thompson).

I don't keep up with basketball much at all. But looks like we suck pretty bad. Any chance JJ keeps his job after this season. Does he get another year?

Depends on the new AD. He should be fired this year imo, but I'd bet money that he's not.

Why? I don't understand why he wouldn't be fired. He was way under qualified and he's shown he is not ACC head coach material yet. We need to start rebuilding as soon as we can with a good coach with head coaching experience.

I really feel bad for JJ though. He was thrust into a role he wasn't prepared for. Hopefully, he is able to work his way up again and isn't ruined by his tenure at VT. The whole SG firing was handled horribly. Hopefully, it doesn't fuck up JJ's coaching career as well.

I agree with you. But I could see a new AD being willing to give him one more year if for no other reason so that person doesn't have to do a ton of work as soon as they take the job. I dunno. Maybe I'm just preparing myself for the worst so I won't be as depressed.
