Seems for the DUI - he is getting 18 days in jail, followed by 72 days of In House arrest, followed by 30 days of community work.

In Arizona the DUI laws are extremely strict, so he picked a bad state to drink and drive in.

I am not a fan of his but I hope he gets help, his life seems to be a mess since he left the Eagles.
