Well sonofabitch. I wait all season to use Darvish, he goes back on the DL. I finally find a great source of steals, he hits the DL. My team can't catch a break. Ah well, nothing to do but complain. This is the place right? ;)

@Microwahevo I don't think any of us have room to gripe, outside of TKO. He has the second best team, but is outside the playoffs right now.

Yes I'm aware. Taking him out of my lineup last week didn't save, so twas stuck with him. Doesn't matter, my team blows at this point.
When I flipped over to this weeks scoring I saw he was still in there. And really wished he was playing. Cuz Moya is NOT a good outfielder.

Good Luck rightin' the ship this week.

Wish I was playing BK this week tbh. Lol

Trading Block updated, boys. It's a fine day to make a deal.

Aside to @broncosmitty : Moya's outfielding skills notwithstanding, he has been quite a nice little surprise so far in points leagues. Doubtful it will last, but he has cut down his strikeout percentage in the early goings.

And one can always dream, can't they? ;)

Let the gio era begin:suds:

Nationals RHP prospect Lucas Giolito will be called up from Double-A Harrisburg to make his major league debut Tuesday against the Mets.

Manager Dusty Baker said "he's ready for the task." We think so too. Baseball's consensus No. 1 prospect has pitched to a steady 3.17 ERA over 14 starts for Double-A Harrisburg this year while mixing in 100 mph heat and a devastating power curve. The 21-year-old will take Stephen Strasburg's spot in the starting rotation. If he's as good as advertised, Giolito could be in the majors for good. Make sure to scoop Giolito up in your league if he's still available.

He has legit power.

And evidently he made big adjustments during winter ball to try and cut back on the Ks. (Starts very open now.). Maybe this winter he'll work on the manning a position a bit more. Cuz he's a natural born DH in my eyes.

I like Giolito long term, but he may struggle early if he does not get the walks under control.
