Ducks fans are not optimistic but a win would almost make up for the last 3 weeks. I'm serious. If Oregon beats UW today and can make a bowl game, I think most Ducks fans will be happy.

I just don't see it happening. Our offense might be good enough to keep it close but our defense is horrendous.

Your fans will be as loud as always to start. If your offense can just keep it close the fans will impact the game well into the second half and if they take the lead in that second half? They will be going bonkers. Swings the other way? Crickets before the 4th quarter starts. And no one would blame them. Sure, laugh at them, but not blame them.

Yeah, but factor in this was/is the most bet game this week with 90% going on UW. That adds a bit to the mass.

OD here has made this a bit of a hostile environment for duck fans. Folks just like to smack him around and I mean like everyone, not just Husky fans. You'll learn to deal with it the same as the other ducks around here. Well, if any of them are still around after today's game that is.

True story. Just took the wife out to lunch at Dickies (yeah, they suck balls but the wife wanted it so meh). Dude behind the counter serving me my lunch was a duck. Went to HS in Eugene and went to UO.

And he was serving BBQ to me for my lunch.
