I watched the first 2 eps last night. Solid, but not earth-shattering yet.

I fully expect to finish it this weekend.

Started it today, just got partway through the first episode. Really enjoyed season 1. Fisk was great, especially at the end

He was great as Shane but man he's really showing how excellent he really is.

And here I thought there would be no one capable of matching Vincent D'Onofrio's performance in Season 1. Jon Barenthal is doing just that.

It was fantastic. This show knows epic fight scenes. Obviously they basically did it last year but it a different environment and it was great to see again.

I've seen through episode 5 now. Good shit so far. With the tourney on I've gotta watch when I can but I plan on being done by late Sunday. So probably 4 tomorrow and 4 Sunday to finish this.

I have hard core binging tonight. I am just starting ep 8 now (last for the night). Ep 5 (if it is the ep I think it was) was a real snoozer. It started an arc that I have absolutely zero interest in so far. I find myself basically ignoring that arc while I wait for more Bernthal.

I thought the fight scene was almost identical to the scene from S1. Tight quarters, single shot, never-ending stream of bad guys...

Lol ya it was the introduction EP. I definitely prefer Punisher but I'm not gonna completely ignore that arc because the Hand and Elektra are such crucial parts of DD it's gonna be big down the road.
