Dwight Clark had a restaurant called Clark's By the Bay back in the 80s. We went for a company xmas dinner once and the food was awful. Place closed not too long after that. Maybe Elway partnered with the right person that knows how to operate a restaurant establishment.

i went to steph curry's wife restaurant in the east bay last weekend...it was good.
