That whole thing is messed up. How is she going to play if she cant be around electrical equipment? Who is even going to want to go near her with that virus?
What virus does she have?
Amazing. WTA has always been this way but everybody sees what his or her eyes want hm/her to see.too bad dementieva won't come back
even with that horrific serve, she'd still have a better chance of winning a major than she did when both WS, Henin, Clijsters, et al were playing at the tops of their games
that's how bad the WTA is right now

Serena will need to start working on just about every part of her game more, or this is going to keep happening.
She can't just depend on the serve anymore.
Nice seeing new blood win. I like Muguruza.
I look forward to seeing if Karolina Pliskova or Caroline Wozniacki or Madison Keys can win one.
Also to see if Kvitova, Venus, or Kerber can win more.
You also did say you liked Muguruza.
i still like muguruza
she has heart
i've said the venus would never win another major for a few years now, but given how bad the field is, i'm not so sure. it's a major longshot given her illness, but who even knows?
if kvitova hadn't had that horrible injury, she could've probably won at least one more wimbledon
the WTA is awful right now, no matter what, though
Pliskova and Keys have the best chance of that group. Garby will challenge too if healthy. Sloane and Svitolina might be best suited for this tourny though.
I can't remember what her game is like.
But seeing as she's a top 3 player, you're right. She should be in the mix too.
Similar to Halep but a little bigger.
I want to see Kvitova win a non-Wimbledon major. Just because I like players winning on different surfaces.
