I have a feeling that some Yankee fans are going to embarrass themselves tonight by booing Robinson Cano and some may even take the extra stupid step of bringing a sign with words like “Sellout” or “Greedy” written on it.

In my opinion, no Yankee fan has any right to boo Cano tonight, especially for "taking the money". The Yankees built an empire by convincing players on other teams to leave and "take the money", and for any Yankee fan to bitch about one of our own leaving for taller stacks of cash is nothing but hypocrisy at its highest level.

Go Yankees!

I hope he doesn't get booed. Not his fault that the Yankees offer wasn't even close. I will say this Im happy we didn't match seattle. I like what we did this offseason. If we landed him imagine no Ellsbury or Tanaka right now. Yankees would be in last in the East. I still think we land Beltran and McCann if we signed Cano.

Should be an interesting series with Robbie back in NY. But with all the rain forecasted, I doubt they'll play till Thursday the earliest.

Well they booed him the whole a bat. Disappointed in the fans. I am happy that he struck out. LOL People need to realize its not like he left the yankees because of 5-10 million different. He left for 3 more years and 70 million more. Thats a big difference. No one would of turned that down. he was looking at the Future. Those 3 more years are big.

Now if Yankees offered 9 years at like 210 and seattle offered 10 for 240 then yes I would be pissed.

One thing I was right about is when he left I said we won't here much about him anymore. Well we don't here Cano's name anymore. Just like if King Felx was in NY or LA he would be marketing jack pot.

Cano mention that he likes Seattle because there is a lot less pressure. He didn't care about the fame and Glory of winning. If they lose he won't care.

Bad CC showed up. This might be the time the team starts to fall apart a little. No end of the world talk but not looking good.

I'm not worried. CC had another one bad inning game but I'm not going to go crazy over 1 L considering this team has not lost a series in nearly a month now

I don't have a problem with Cano being booed. Even though, as mentioned by another poster, it is sort of hypocritical but it's human nature for fans to dislike a player when they leave their team.

Also it doesn't seem like these boos are from a deep seeded grudge or bitterness over Cano leaving, it's more like hey we're at the ball park and Cano is back let's have some fun and give him a hard time. They'll boo him when they play against him, but it's not like Yankee fans are actively hating and rejoicing over any type of failure Cano has like Laker fans are over Dwight Howard.

You knew they were gonna boo and it's kind of just the NY salute. However, the "You sold out" chant from the Bleacher Creatures was just plain stupid. For once a player actually leaves the Yankees for a bigger deal and they have the idea to chastise him for it. So hypocritical.

These 'one bad innings' are costing the Yankees wins.

You seem content with mediocre results. CC has allowed 4+ earned runs in four of his six starts.

Injuries are going to happen as long as we don't have several injuries that requires players to be out as long as Cervelli and Nova, I will be fine. If we have guys being out 2 weeks to a month every now and then I am fine.

The season is only a month old bksballer89. They haven't lost a series in 3 weeks, whoopteedoo.

I'm not panicking, I'm just tired of these one inning losses from CC. :gaah:

Care to guess how many games the Yankees lost last season because of one bad inning from CC?
