Lovie's biggest downfall was hiring Leslie Frazier and going back to the archaic Tampa 2. Had his team been able to stop other teams, he might still have a job.
Then again, it is the Glazers that we're talking about, so it might not have mattered.
They seriously need to sell the team and focus on the Soccer Club that their old man bought.
