I think I realized the process was gonna take time. And I played that of a aggressive win now strategy which screwed me in major ways. What Will Myers is doing now.......he was a keeper of mine in 2013 and 2014 and I let him go. Stanton....that is one I can never live down, when I rediculously traded him for Cliff Lee and a closer that did nothing in 2014. Those were two major players I let get away on hitting. Also, in a way, Votto, because I believed Abreu was better. Pitching, in 2013 I traded Wainwright for Hamilton. Last year, I traded Strasburg for Dozier.
I just absolutely screwed up with these moves. My keepers going into this season could have been Stanton, Springer, Myers, Abreu, Sano, Strasburg. And now I feel I might be set back again having to really start all over. Because as of now, the best keepers I have is Springer, Abreu, Sano, Hamels, and Cole.
