I started using slingTV last season for the SEC network.

I don't remember NFL network and Fox. I wonder if that's a new package or something.

Only $5 more for me to get those sports channels, I think I'll do that.

I wonder if they still restrict it to only 1 TV at a time. I'd probably go for the bigger package if they'd let me stream more than 1 device at a time.

It is actually pretty damn good. Everything I'd ever want to watch, except the SEC and BTN.

https://www.sling.com/

I'd be all over that $40 package if they put in SEC and BTN for another $10 or so. Hell, even $20.

I just upgraded to the blue package. Extra $5 a month over what I had before, $30 a month total.

Fills the few holes I had in my sports coverage. I would like to have the other stuff like BTN and Pac12 network but I have SECN and that is the one that will occasionally carry Alabama games so it's good enough.

Oh, and fair warning to anyone who gets it and watches games:

There is a small delay of about 15-30 seconds or so. If you are posting on the forums at the same time as watching the game, you'll be behind and people will be posting TD before it even happens for you.

That's my main complaint about it. Luckily the better games are carried on CBS and I get that on local antenna with perfect clarity.

I'm waiting for them to just have a sports package.....like for $25 you get fox, all ESPNs, NBC sports, BTN, SEC network and so on. The day that happens is the day I lose my cable subscription. The problem with that is while you get a lot of CFB, you don't get all of it. Michigan contractually has to play like 1-2 games on the BTN, so it does me no good if that's not included.

Go to VIP League and you can watch any game even if it's blacked out in your area and even Pay Per View games all for free.

Actually you are all wrong.

Sling has 2 separate packages. Gold and Blue

-Blue gives you ESPN, and NFL Network(new for 2016) ( strictly talking sports channels here right )

-Gold gives you FX1, FX2, Fox Southwest, Fox Southwest x4 for different regions, And NBC Sports,

Each also gives you TNT, TBS, and USA which also hosts sports

There is also the sports package which adds the SEC Network, ESPN2, ESPN U, ESPN Goal Line (aka buzzerbeater and the baseball one, switches depending on the season) and NFL Redzone(new for 2016)

I currently have all three packages, the Blue is like 19.99 plus tax, the Gold is like 25 something plus tax, and the Sports one is an extra 5$

I currently pay $47 total a month for all three packages (that price includes taxes), which gives me all sports channels.

Having the Sling Blue package also gives you access to ESPN3/ESPNGO

Sling is great for someone who refuses to pay 150+ for cable plus their stupid cable box. I stream all of these from my ROKU. The only sucky part is that its all live, no rewind or ffwd. But still worth it.
