Lions' consultant Accorsi staying on as adviser

Ernie Accorsi led the search that turned up Bob Quinn as the new Lions general manager, but his work in Detroit isn’t done.

The Lions announced today that Accorsi has agreed to remain with the team as a special adviser to president Rod Wood.
