He was a great back at LSU, don't get me wrong. The guy had skills on the field. But at the combine he is getting....showed up. His numbers are bad, really bad.

You would think if he is going to take time to come to the combine, to showcase his athletic ability to get the most $$$$$. He'd come in top shape, speed and strength. It just hasn't been that way. He chose not to do the bench test.

Former LSU running back Leonard Fournette weighed in at 240 pounds at this year’s NFL combine, making him the heaviest running back in the draft class.

Again, I still think he is an amazing back, and will be drafted high but just surprised by his numbers. Supposedly he will have a great 40 time, and that will be his strength.

"He's way better than Derrick Henry" - LSU fans.

Is he running the 40? I want to see that time.

To be honest, looking only at the vert jump results I'd be more worried about Cook. Carrying 30 fewer pounds than Fournette and only jumped 30 inches.

But really I think we've got enough tape on both of those guys that we should probably pause before knocking them down solely because of a couple of jumps (if you think they're gonna disappoint for other reasons, as I'm sure some do, that's a different convo I think).

Looks like he is but you know how the combine is... until he actually does it you never know for sure.

At the weight he showed up at, 3 cone and 10 yd split are going to be really interesting.

I think that's close to what Henry ran last year.

Henry was 4.54 I believe. I thought Fournette's start looked a little dicey too, he may be able to shave a little more off.

Edit: you know you watch too much pron when your phone autocorrects "start" to "Starr" :pound:

supposed to be a really good rb draft, some of these "sleepers" arent performing
Its the combine, though.

Id love for Cook or Fournette to get completely picked apart and fall to the Chiefs.
