Last Second Draft thoughts.

Love Mariota, but I think it would be too much to give to move up. I think in the end the Titans just take him.

Still rooting for Kevin Johnson at 20. Watch out for OL at 20 as Chip wants to 1. run the heck out of the ball and 2. protect Bradford from getting hit; maybe Andrus Peat (a kid we have rarely discussed) or Ereck Flowers (a guy I've been high on) are guys to keep an eye on. WR is still a possibility, but I think we wait till Rd 2 or even Rd 3 to take one.

Looks like the price is going to be way too much. I'd love a trade down from #20 and pick up an extra 3rd -- then target players like Byron Jones, Eric Rowe, Nelson Agholor or Devin Smith. I'll take Cody Fajardo in the 4th

I had Bucs picking Winston months ago & was told I was crazy.

All this Titan talk could be BS to lower the Bucs asking price for #1. Because I think that Winston could be had later on with his character issues.

I see Winston falling out of top 10 if TB doesnt pick him at #1...so they still get him at #12. Or maybe a slight trade back up.

Just heard the Eagles offered 2, #1's, Cox a 3rd AND other players but were rejected. IMO, thats way to costly and scares me that Chip would pay such a ridiculous price.

The one guy we all dont want to give up is Fletcher Cox. THo I also said months ago that he could be part of the deal to get Mariota.

I know one thing, if we DONT get MAriota, it may cause plenty of issues in the locker room. Even more so than if we did get him.

Bradford, Cox, etc. wont be too happy & neither will Chip. If we dont get MAriota, it could be the beginning of the end of the Chip era.

Id much rather see what Chip can do with Mariota, even if it takes giving up Fletcher Cox. Said as much months ago.
