The list of FA SP's isn't very impressive either with the exception of Ricky Nolasco. Matt Garza is also on the list, but the guy is hurt too much.
Dodgers need to re-sign Nolasco which I believe will happen.

Freeze would cost less, overall, than Headley. Freeze would be a very good acquisition I believe.

He was actually a little better tonight, but I have little confidence in him. He's out of the game now, the Dodgers are tied 3-3, so they have a chance now IF the BP can put forth a good effort.

The big-situation guys are Jansen, Paco, JP, Belisario, and Withrow now. Wilson is starting to get in there in big spots too, here and there.

'Smokey' will, however, win seven pennants and four World Series in his 23-year Hall of Fame career as Dodger manager from 1954 to 1976.
Also, back in 1951, Bill Sharman, recently called up from Fort Worth, is one of 15 Dodgers who are ejected by umpire Frank Dascoli for bench jockeying after a close call at home plate. The future basketball Hall of Famer will never play in the big leagues, and thus he will become the only player to be ejected from a major league game without ever appearing in one.
