Some of my friends are saying that they think maybe Ollie should be fired? What do y'all think? I think he's not done a great job but a national title within a 5 year career should merit him at least one more season, right?
Alright, I'm now ready to get rid of him. They just aren't any good anymore. They have to start fresh.
Who do you get to replace him? that's always been my question. I know on my UConn board the answer is Danny Hurley. But with UConn no longer in a power conference for any sport, is it really the best move for Hurley when he can probably land a P5 job after this year.
Well, they got Hurley. Let's hope he's the answer! Either way, I'm glad they fired Ollie and are trying something new.
Yeah, I'm happy he turned down a P5 to come here. It shows UConn is still a destination job. I think Hurley can be here for 20 years.
I'm happy with Hurley, but I gotta say it's a shame Calhoun's health ended his career prematurely. What he did will probably never be duplicated again.
