This is why you need to give a coach enough time to recruit, build a team and have time to get the right recruits in. They should have given RR a fair chance and they should be giving Brady Hoke his fair chance. He is still playing with RR's recruits. It takes time to turn a program around.

Whoever they get next has no job security. Wish they would not have meddled into our coaches (Beilein also) They are getting what they deserved. If not for Michigan who knows RR may have been the B12 coach of the year.

The irony of the 2 stories coming together on the same day is quite ironic.
I have never been a big fan of Michigan - but respected their program for consistantly being at the top.
After they raided WVU coaches, not once - but twice, I wished the 7 plagues upon them.
May their sun-bleached bones lie scattered upon the desert sands and all of that....

The football program has spiraled downward from the moment they signed RR.
It couldn't happen to more deserving program. Now, let's see the BB program follow FB.
