Jon Gruden gives his take on Garrett Grayson after working with him at the Gruden QB Camp. He says Grayson is worth a second-round pick -- and could possibly sneak into the late first.

I really like Grayson would love to snag him and let him develop a season because I believe RG3 is gonna fail even if we upgrade the O-line

For what it's worth, Jon also thought RG3 was the best QB in his draft class.

No way in the 2nd round. I look at this kid like a Cousins. They are the same player. 4th round draft pick. I think the 3rd qb to be chosen is going to be Petty from Baylor.

Screw that. Depending on what happens with our first round pick, the second rounder should be slated for a guard like Cann or Tomlinson.
