Their style would get old after a few seasons...blocking shots and crashing the net take their toll. And honestly, Sather brings in guys that really aren't built for that. I understand wanting even your stars to buy into the system, that's important...but why do you think Gaborik is struggling so much? He's finesse, use his abilities, don't make him think more about doing a grinders job than the job he's actually good at.

Without Brooks I don't think the NY media is too horrible to the Rags. Yankees/Jets/Giants/Mets/Knicks? Sure. Hockey doesn't seem to be as in the spotlight...but Brooks is a headache enough. But dear God him and the Philly media. I really think he'd break Bryz. Bryz isn't the "responds to public humiliation well" type in my estimation.
