Budget.

He is under a tight budget in regards to assistants and can't pay the really good ones SEC money and so he loses people because of it. aTm will give him the budget and the facilities to compete with anyone in any area.

Auburn, LSU and Georgia have raided FSU for Jimbos top assistants in recent years and he has rarely won the money battle.

Ahhh ... makes sense.

I saw this awhile ago. Jimbo has won 2 more games than Sumlin over the last 3 years

But Jimbo has won Conference championships.. and major bowl games... and a national championship
