He definitely deserves it, whenever anyone with knowledge of or who seen him play think of the Browns, they think of JB.....Maybe the GOAT, at least the best I can remember in his era for sure, although Earl Campbell was my fav all time, JB was just as brutal and carried his team...
The only real great that they can hang their hat on....Shoot, he was their Offense....Should've been done a long time ago....

I was waiting for that to come up, now let's see how many black crusaders want to smear him out of the league like they are PM.....
I don't care about his off field escapades, only his on field play and that was great....
I also wonder why there was no outcry for AP's career for child abuse....I guess it's ok if it's their culture and we have to understand !!!!

On field is what counts, especially if you go so far back in time when social mores were different.

Hey I agree, I love the old westerns and they slap their women all the time in those shows....No it's not right except in extreme cases, but that was the world they lived in back when they recorded the movies....
I have always said a football player should have to be convicted in a court of law before the league can impose fines and suspensions on them for off field situations....
On field is a different story though.....
I think JB should get his statue for his play on the field for that team, and that's it....
