Hiring Meyer first says the GM job is basically just as a yes man to the coach, imo. I have to wonder if even Trevor Lawrence can save this sorry ass franchise. They never do anything right on a consistent basis. It's basically gonna be the usual short run of moderate success followed by another rebuild. The Jags entire history has been this. Hiring these two seems to say history will repeat itself.
