What is it? A tropical teriyaki? I would guess with pineapple as the sweetener, maybe some citrus flavoring.

Trader joes apparently has this sauce called soyaki, and island soyaki i read some reviews online so i bought some, and its amazingly good

"Far from your average teriyaki sauce, this one features fresh garlic, fresh ginger and preservative-free soy sauce as its flavor base, with a jolt of pineapple to really sweeten the pot, so to speak. In addition to the freshness of the ingredients, where this sauce veers from the everyday is in the addition of sesame seeds to the mix. The seeds add flavor and texture, setting Trader Joe's Island Soyaki quite apart from the crowd."

"Fresh garlic, fresh ginger and preservative-free soy sauce form the flavor base for this unique, Asian-style sauce that's become a mainstay in our grocery aisle. You might think it's just another teriyaki sauce — you’d be wrong. It’s so much more than that. In addition to the freshness of the ingredients, where this sauce veers from the everyday is in the addition of sesame seeds to the mix. The seeds add flavor and texture, setting Trader Ming's Soyaki quite apart from the crowd. Remember to give the bottle a good shake before using — this will ensure the seeds are dispersed throughout the sauce, ensuring maximum seed exposure and an excellent Soyaki experience."

That stuff is awesome for grilling... The abundance of garlic in it makes it prime for the grill/oven/smoker etc.

How much sodium is in it? Soy and terriyaki sauces are insanely high usually.
