He's only had 2 seasons coaching. VERY disturbing loses. His wins IMO don't outweigh the losses. He may turn out to be the next great coach......but from this vantage point no one can tell.

One of you stat nerds compare his numbers to those of urban Meyer at that level and Maybe Briles and Sumlin when they were at UH. I'm not trying show how smart I am I honestly don't know and I am too lazy to search myself...

He scored over 30 every time this season except once.
A jump in talent and an elite level D.C. fixes the problem of getting scored on. No one would be hiring him for his skills as an Xs guy on defense.
