He is definitely their version of Charlie Weis, great first year, good recruiter, big ego, but can't seem to put it together. I like him in Michigan, he is like Lane Kiffin. I want him to stay there forever.

I wouldn't sleep on Hoke just yet.

He's a pro style type of offensive guy, and he hasn't yet had a QB that fits his style. I'd wait a year or two before I say he's a bad coach.

Each year he's gotten more of his people in place, and each year his record has gotten worse. His combined record at Ball State and San Diego State was below .500 and while I know he showed improvement at both schools, I haven't been impressed with a lot of decisions I've seen him make over the past two years at Michigan. I just hope the Michigan fan base agrees with you on the idea of giving him two more years before making a full evaluation of his abilities.
