He has gotten a pass because he played for shitty teams and still, almost single-handedly at times, willed them to the playoffs.

But, he's not in Charlotte/Nola anymore and he still can't get over the hump.

He, Howard and Melo should have that pass revoked.

Not top 5. His current PER (Player Efficiency Rating) has him at #34 currently. I expect that to go up as he plays more.
