Best Iowa can get is 3rd seed. Iowa is 2 games down on Maryland and Maryland won the only meeting.

What needs to happen for Iowa to get 3rd seed
Iowa needs to beat Indiana and Northwestern
and
Purdue needs to lose to Michigan State and Indiana
and
Indiana needs to beat Michigan State

Iowa gets 4th seed if
Iowa wins out
and
Michigan State loses a game OR Purdue loses 2 remaining games

Worst Iowa can get is 8th
If Iowa loses to Indiana and Northwestern
and
Illinois beats Nebraska and Purdue
and
Ohio State beats Penn State and/or Wisconsin

Yeah, I was reminded of that by my brother. I must have not been on Iowa's page when I was looking up who beat who, even though I should have known that.

So, the best we can get is 2nd seed. At least it is better than what I said. Of course, I don't see Maryland and Purdue both losing 2x with Iowa winning 2x. But that is a crazy jump in just a week if it did happen.

I think Iowa will be 4th or 5th seed.
