Could be true lol

As far as this upgrade it completely screwed over my phone. The restore did not work right and basically all my apps etc are all gone.

Call into Apple and they want 20 bucks to help me. Fuck them.

Power down your phone and see if it improves.

The thing I don't like is that I cant use airdrop on my 4s. Guess I'll just have to buy the 5s

Not really thrilled with that phone though, not with the 4s still going strong. I am about to drop in water on accident so I can get a new one before my applecare expires. When I went from my old 3G to the 4s the speed was noticeable, but this 4s is still plenty fast and responsive.

anyone on ios7 seeing bad battery drain? Mine is way down and I haven't done anything on it. I have been going through looking for crap to turn off. I found a BIG one.

Go to settings > privacy > location services and then scroll near the bottom to System Services. At the bottom of the long list is “Frequent Locations”. I've turned it off. I read that it will learn where you typically go in a day and list them here. It shows a purple arrow, meaning it is constantly pinging cell towers for your locations. I think that is why my battery is draining so fast.

That why you should never upgrade until the bugs are worked out.

If I'm at work, I usually set it for airplane mode and turn down the brightness. Helps a bunch.

Again, I have the itouch, not the iphone.

I found that to get rid of programs running in the background you have to hit the home button twice, then hold the screen you want to get rid of, and drag it upwards off the screen.

One thing I don't like is the fact my phone now locks everytime I turn off the screen, instead of waiting 5 min. About to check my settings and see if this can be changed.

You can and I did it instantly. I only updated my iPad and regret doing it. It's no longer jailbroken and I'm going to be looking for a way to do it for free on iOS 7 this weekend.

Yeah I found it.
My phone was jailbroken for awhile and it was nice but just too unstable. I bet it's going to take people acouple weeks to jailbreak iOS 7.

A decent walkthough of the main new features of iOS7 and how to configure them.

The download servers at Apple are slammed right now and most are going to require an iTunes update to your home system first. It will be best to wait till at least tomorrow and do it while it's synced to your computer. Don't attempt to do it via mobile connection. It could take a very long time that way.

Too late for me. I did it the day before yesterday. Could not access a damn thing until my son suggested I restart my phone. Now it seems to be working fine.

It's going to take awhile. Apple is making it harder to jailbreak phones. I'll wait until there's one for i0S 7 and then update.

This OS blows balls. It fucked my music library up for one. I had to completely delete and reload my entire library. What a joke this thing is. It looks like the UI was modeled after a 5 year old girls bedroom.

There are already some out but you have to pay for them (I don't know if they are legit or not). I prefer my jailbreaks being free though.

The new visual experience is a little too bubble gum, imo, but I like the notification center, and the ability to run the music player and flashlight (which I use surprisingly often) from the welcome screen. The Radio feature is very nice, and the Camera app is improved.
Best news, that fucking useless Newstand app can now to hidded in a subgroup. No more taking up real estate on the main screen. The picture groupings will take getting used to.
Bold: I don't care much for it, but the WSJ app automatically embeds itself in the newsstand.
Yeah I found it.
Yeah, I cut that off, too.
