By the way, I don't get how AP is "trying" for a December 1 trial date. If the trial somehow took less than a week, he'd still be eligible Week 14 at the earliest. Does it really matter to if he's eligible to play Week 16 or 17? He wouldn't be in shape and even if "not guilty" I doubt the Vikes would trot him out there, and as long as he's on that crazy "exempt" list he's still drawing full paychecks. So who cares about the trial date?
