The first reports are always fucked up and many different theories. ....They just said they found two more explosive devices have been found but as you said it will take a while to get all the facts.

The definition of terrorist is "One that engages in acts or an act of terrorism."

Even an asshat with a grudge can be labeled a terrorist if it was an organized and planned attack with the intent to injure, kill, and terrorize a mass group of people.

I know the popular opinion is "Then the terrorists win" if you start postponing large gatherings of people at events, but how can you let people congregate in huge numbers without proper regard for their safety?

Ugh, apparently some Rhode Island State Trooper that was running said he saw multiple horrific injuries, including missing limbs. Can't wait until they find the suspect and plaster their name and face all over the place for the next month 1/2... I'm just so tired of this shit.
