oh, hes not. hes a bust if you ask me....and really a specialist.

see, the pats just go and reload and win the division just about every year, 12-4...13-3, what have you.

seattles got their first real personnel challenges coming now. it will be interesting to see if they can do what they modeled themselves after...which, if youre a seattle fan...you know they modeled after NE.

Wrong again. We are a run 1st, heavy on the D team. NE, while a great team is not known for those attributes.

losing unger and gaining a guy in graham who blocks like he wears high heels is a bigger problem.

What does it matter? Unger was rarely on the field. Yes, he was great when he was on it, but he was one of the main contributors to the Seahawks line issues by being banged up so often.

Losing Unger? We lost him 13 games ago. And I'm pretty sure Graham is not playing C.

Hell, while we're at it, we should also make a big deal out of losing Zach Miller.

 At folks thinking this even a bump in the road. Irvin is under contract for this year at a cheap price. It's a contract year so you expect his best year ever. Next year the Seahawks will let some else over pay for him and plug in the next guy up. It was the plan from the get go.

Well, I don't know about that, but as Irvin rants more and more on social media as he's getting closer and closer to the end of his current contract, things are sort of moving in the direction of him not getting a big payday from Seattle.

He wasn't going to get a big pay day from the Seahawks period. They got to sign RW and Wagner to extensions, somebody was going to miss a big pay day. This year it was Maxwell, next year it will be Irvin. He's just not that special and important to get a big pay day from the Seahawks.

And that's why I don't think he's going anywhere this year. Irvin playing for a big contract is worth more than that 6th or 7th rounder (maybe a 5th on a good day) we would be likely get in return.
Well, I know for a fact you won't be getting a 5th round pick from Atlanta in 2016.

Losing Maxwell was a much bigger deal. This guy was like the 8th best player on defense (if that) before Maxwell left so now I guess I'd bump him up to 7th. And how the hell does he know? He's just shooting out of his ass. If he isn't then there's obvious tampering going on (which there isn't, because I doubt anybody is drooling over the chance to pick up Irvin). Quinn obviously knows how to use him but he'd be drooling over Wagner.

I think Maxwell was really overrated and Philly is going to have some serious buyers remorse...

Doesn't that depend on how much Money he is signed to ? Irvin seems to have a high opinion on what he is worth.

Not at all. It was taken from us for pumping noise a few months ago.

???? You quote the wrong post?
I figured you were talking about trading him for a 5th round pick (which is why I made that part bold in his comment). Either way, we'll likely have cap space for him.

I don't think Max was overrated at all, but i do think Philly paid too much.

Not to bash Atlanta, but if the Falcons felt a need to pump noise into the stadium Bruce must not like loud things.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Seattle uses their stadium to pump noise, but like the Seahawks our new stadium will be ripe with amplification.
