That loss last week hurt... (so did today but in terms of tiebreakers)

What was the deal with the Chiefs head coach after today's game?

Todd Haley doesn’t appreciate the way the Broncos beat him | ProFootballTalk

If nothing else, Chiefs coach Todd Haley’s postgame antics will distract folks from his team’s terrible performance Sunday.

Haley apparently was not pleased with how Josh McDaniels handled a big lead in Denver’s 49-29 victory over the Chiefs. The Broncos were still throwing plenty, max protecting, and blitzing on defense with a comfortable fourth quarter lead.

Haley’s response? Instead of shaking McDaniels hand after the game, the Chiefs coach pointed his finger at him and turned his back. Haley called it a “private moment.”

Sounds like sour grapes, but then again they know each other so who knows what was really going on...

The Chiefs had a chance in last season's finale, which Kansas City won 44-24, to leave its starters in and allow running back Jamaal Charles to pursue the NFL's single-game rushing yards record. Instead, the Chiefs pulled Charles with 259 yards, 37 shy of Adrian Peterson's record. The Chiefs removed most of their starters in that game after the score was out of Denver's reach.

It was clear Sunday that Kansas City took exception to the fact that Denver didn't afford the Chiefs the same courtesy Sunday.

Why did Haley snub McDaniels? | Red Zone

I guess that sheds a little more light. Makes a little more sense now.

Josh McKiffin doesn't have many supporters in Denver, either.

LMAO!!!

With Graduation, NCAA Sanctions allowing players to leave with no penalty, undermanned roster...

Kiffin has Improved a USC team from Last Year...

Still has a chance to win 10 games...

If the Chargers win tomorrow then I would be worried they are about to start a run, though I kinda would like to see the Chiefs win the West...
