Take heart, it won't be long if he continues this downward trend.

I don't think Kelly will last the year. I see at least 3-4 more losses on his schedule. Domers won't stand another 4-8 season...

I don't think you thought about what you wrote before you hit the reply button.

I'll just say this - if all you have is a hammer, everything that you see looks like a nail.

Then they should be ineligible for the SEC championship game.

The conference postponed the game. LSU is turning down every proposal to reschedule. Either the SEC needs to force LSU to come to the Swamp......and don't get cute and make any ridiculous suggestions that put either team at a massive competitive disadvantage.......OR the SEC needs to follow the rules and. OT complain that a 6-1 team gets in over a 6-2 team.

You can't take away a game from a team, then penalize them for it.

LSU did all they could to try and get this game in. Florida....... Not so much.

Florida did not agree to let LSU steal their home game. It was impossible to play in Florida last weekend on such short notice. LSU should accept the SEC payout and come to the Swamp on Nov 19. Instead they are screaming about not wanting to give up a game with South Alabama.

Not fair to LSU to have to play gators on November 19:
Loss of home game revenue ; 5M, buyout S Bamy -1.5M, not to mention hotels, restaurants others loss of big business, travelling team fans plans already made well in advance. Something needs to be worked out, LSU tried, SEC and gators really fucked this up

The SEC postponed the game - not UF. Also, the personnel i.e. cops and EMTs were not available that weekend according to the state govt.

Ideally the SEC should push the SECCG back a week and have LSU come to the Swamp Dec 3rd. Failing that.....what can be done? The SEC can't take away a huge home payday and the biggest recruiting weekend of the year from UF and then also take away the division because it took away their home game. All the conspiracy theories conveniently ignore what not playing that game costs UF.

Who really cares, the SEC east is the JV division anyway. Let florida go to the SEC title game, get curb stomped and Tenn gets a better bowl anyway. Tenn got their shot at a&m and will get a shot at bama, who really wants to see that game twice?

The unfairness is that Florida could benefit from a Tennessee loss to Alabama if both teams win the rest of their games down the stretch. Florida could finish 6-1 in the league and Tennessee 6-2. Florida gets an unfair advantage by having one less chance of getting beaten. It doesn't really help LSU unless everyone currently ahead of them in the standings in the West loses at least two games and the Tigers win all the rest of theirs.

I would be okay with the SEC moving its championship game back a week to allow the two teams to play. That would mean having an option to watch real football that weekend instead of the Army-Navy game.

When LSU might have to give up a home game- even with millions in compensation and even though it's against a cupcake it's terribly unfai to rob them of a home game and nobody can expect them to accept it.

But Uf conspired to give up a much bigger home game and their biggest recruiting weekend of the season and its all upside for them and it's just so unfair that it might work in their favor in any way. Therefore the SEC should punish them by denying them the opportunity to play for the conference title because the conference denied them a home game.

Does that pretty much sum it up?
