Lets pretend the domestic violence issue is the past. Aside from that, this guy wasn't a really good teammate. Yes he's talented and can really get to the QB, but in football leadership and togetherness in the locker-room is vital for success. Having guys that play their heart out for each other, sacrifice stats for the sake of better team play, are the type of guys you want on the team. Even if everyone outside hates a team, as long as the players have their each other's backs, it can work.
