If Brian Kelly gets fired after the season.....

....who would you like to see ND hire as head coach? Not coaches that aren't going anywhere(like Saban, Harbaugh, etc), but actual potential hires? What say you? Let's see what everyone is thinking.


On a sidenote, I don't think Kelly will get fired. ND owes him too much money and they can't do this twice after already giving Weis a shit ton of cash and then shit-canning him. Just thought it would be something we could discuss.

Every team in the country is looking at Herman. I think that he is the reason they fired Les Miles four games into the season. They are probably already in contact with his agent. They want to make their pitch befor Texas and Texas A&M or USC come calling.

I just think there is no shot in hell Kelly gets fired unless we go under .500 and that is still a big maybe. We just signed him till 2021. ND wont do the same thing they did with Weis. Kelly will have this year and next year to at least improve and he deserves it after rebuilding this program. Its not the offense reason for losing. It was the Defense and he made the right move.

I don't see ND firing Kelly, and I think Chip Kelley's performance in the NFL makes it less likely that Brian gets an offer from the NFL. But I think ND is constantly in contact with promising young coaches to determine heir interest in coming to ND.
