Your job is to take care of an old person that is a resident at the facility you work at. Like thats what you literally get paid to do. Take care of them and treat them with respect.

Draymond gets paid to win basketball games. His job isnt to work directly with the paid fans. Now if an Arena employee did that? Yeah, probably fired.

Lamelo is a winning player. He positively impacts his team. In two years he's helped the team win 20 more games than they previously did when he was drafted. They had an above .500 record this past season.

And this is coming from a guy who wanted the Warriors to draft Wiseman. Obviously I wasn't a believer in LaMelo, but after watching his impact I have to admit I was wrong. We have yet to see what Wiseman can do long term because he's just not healthy. He has shown flashes which gives me hope, but the best ability is availability. He's lacking there so far.
