I think i have finally found the PERFECT rotiserrie categories

i am fine with your offense, but HATE your pitching categories...

with your proposal i think it works much better 7X7, with S+H instead of Saves and holds and NO RBI...

But even that i don't love... not a fan of QS and WINS being a category... Have no problem with losses

But if i was doing a 7X7 i think the best would be:

HR, 2B+3B, SB, BB, K, R, BA(BIP)
K,BB,Hits,QS,HRs, IP, S+H

IP only works as a category if there is no league minimums or maximums...
and couldn't think of another one...

HRs are too park induced for me on a pitcher's cat. Doing either Earned Runs or Runs Allowed instead of HRs, still hurts the pitcher on HRs while also factoring in all other runs the pitcher allows. IDK what to add as the seventh cat in the place of IP. Maybe CG?

CG is a bad category IMO because it doesn't happen enough... silly that the winner of the category won't even get 10, and because of that there would likely be a lot of ties...

I guess if there is no BABIP for pitching HR is not needed...

How about

BB,Hits, SO, QS, Runs, XBH,S+H



also thinking of instead of using BA or BABIP in offense, just change it to Hits and get rid of ratios all together...

No its not, but my revised one doesn't have it...

But reason why it is not the same is simple, Hitting categories there is no reason NOT to have someone bat more often... Pitching stats, it is a valid strategy to have more Relief pitchers...
