You can only do it through your iCloud account IIRC... There's a "vacation" tab in the iCloud preferences that lets you set up the automatic reply.

If I remember correctly, you can only do it through the vacation functionality in iCloud.

I don't know if there's an auto reply, but I know for incoming calls, there's a deal where you can have one of three pre-written texts sent out. You know, so it could say, "I'm on my way," or "can't talk right now - in a meeting," etc.

Well, I'm a sick fuck, so to mess with my friends and wife, I set one to say "I can't talk right now, my boner is aching." Last year for the Indians opening day, we had a driver take us to and pick us up from the game. I got really lit and the driver was calling me trying to find out where we wanted him to pick us up. I reached into my pocket, fumbled with my phone and accidentally sent him the "my boner is aching" text.

I would have been really embarrassed, but we were so drunk, we laughed our asses off.
