1919 Chicago "Black" Sox.
So I'm thinking about doing a sports topic. I need a person, event , or idea that impacted world history before 2000. Anything in sports that did? Was the 1994 winter olympics held in the US?
Typed too quick so I meant history not hostory.
1919 Chicago "Black" Sox.
Oh did that impact the world and not just the US?
1936 it is.
I cannot do that other one. That would be hard to do given the circumstances.
And to fishonatricycle, I am in college. And there is no sexy teacher at this school.
Good thinking but i would do the 72 Olympics with the Munich Massacre. 11 Israeli Olympians were taken hostage and eventually killed. Or like Dude said the 36 Olympics held in Germany with American Jesse Ownes winning 4 Gold medals in front of Hitler
Miracle on Ice, 1980 Olympic Hockey? Muhammad Ali and his dodging the draft? Jackie Robinson?
Good luck. There is a lot of information regarding the 1936 Olympics. Hitler and Nazis had a much bigger goal in mind than just winning Olympic gamesBy the way this is a research paper that requires 8-10 pages. It has to be written like a essay.
