My sister and my 6 year old nephew were in Santa Barbara for something and Bill Clinton came out of a store with his secret service posse and Clinton started working the crowd. Unexpectedly, Clinton drops into a crouch to get to eye level with my nephew and the startled kid shot his tongue out wetting Clinton's nose.
