On watching 9pm late starts when they stink this bad.

I'd be pleasantly shocked if they win the series in SF.

They fall to pieces against these finesse pitchers.

We good a decent performance from Colby wasted.

And to make things worse, Feldman is still scheduled to make his next start.

We should still win the division, though.

The hitting is what is really killing them lately. Other than the one bad Holland start and the bad Feldman start, the pitching has been pretty good overall.

The hitters just look lost though. Outside of maybe Elvis, there is not one guy on the team who looks confident at the plate right now. When they are locked in, you can just see it in their approach at the plate and you have the feeling that every single one of them can get a hit every at-bat. Now, the opposite is true. Every at-bat feels like a struggle and not many balls are even being hit hard. And you can see it in many of their faces after they make outs. I saw Kinsler, Cruz, and Beltre each have a look of complete frustration, disgust, and almost helplessness after making outs tonight. They've just slowly fallen into a funk which started shortly after Hamilton's huge week and they can't seem to climb out of it. The Toronto series looked like maybe the tide was turning in their favor, but this road trip has the bats mostly silent again.

Napoli has also been looking much better. Beltre looks just awful.
