I was on I-5 in a traffic jam and a lady in a Beamer SUV hit me. Hit me so hard that it sheared off the mounting bolts on my handle bars. Bent the engine guard by almost 90 degrees.

Your wife got a little richer, I hope?

Remember that home-made stat that MPL used to pimp all the time? Runs Produced (runs scored + RBI - homeruns)? Well, just to give people an idea of how far ahead of everyone Miguel Cabrera is right now, here is a list of the top players in MLB in the infamous Runs Produced category:

1. Miguel Cabrera 76
2. Brandon Phillips 60
3. Mike Trout 58
3. Chris Davis 58
5. Adam Jones 57
5. Carlos Gonzalez 57
7. Holliday 56
8. Goldschmidt 55
8. Longoria 55
10. Napoli 54
10. Tulowitzki 54

They just posted on Rotoworld that Selig has announced all league leaders this year will have asterisks next to their name due to Jeter not playing

At least one commissioner has his head on straight

Its always meaningless to you. But hey. Thats the VP way. Arencibia's homer was not meaningless

So Lawrie's RBI wasn't meaningless?

RBI single with 4 run lead in the 8th..... "clutch"

Yes, Arencibia's home run wasn't meaningless

Unfortunately for you, neither were most of the barrage of outs he had in the month of May

At least he finally got his slugging % for the month over .300!

He's also won us a few games this month. With the bat. And helped win the rays game the other day with the glove. He is what i expected him to be. A low average guy with lots of homers and drives in around 75. I will take that as ive said from jump

And he's lost you even more games this month

.194/.180/.279 entering today

You would've been better off having Yovani Gallardo hit in his spot
