wins over B1G, ACC, Big 12, MWC, some other conferences I've never heard of.

Think the SEC teams were all favored.

Vandy is back to being Vandy losing to Temple LOL.

I think UGA's dismantling of Clemson was the most impressive.

Arkansas looked just as good as Auburn give/take 1 or 2 plays. Thats something.

This might be the year of the deep ball in the SEC, too

Team SEC looking good sir! Can't wait for the 4 way battle in the west to get going. The east is just going to pray that Jawja doesn't beat them to death so they can go to a bowl game with half a team i'm thinking. We look like a damn fine football conference.

I wanted to see UF play. If they have something/anything on O this year, they could compete for the East.

Yuck, please don't mention "Auburn" and "deep ball" in the same post. The wound is still healing and should be good to go by November.

I think Alabama does not look like the number two team in the country and I think Alabama does not look like the best team in the SEC.

I think a lot of people agree with you, and your thoughts will be proven correct by the end of season

Sorry about that. I just think that team miracle might come back down to earth a bit this year. I also think Arkansas is closer to the pack than a being a doormat like Vanderbilt.

As far as the deep ball thing is concerned, thats mostly on Texas A&M and Mizzou. A&M because they can do it and Mizzou because they might need to. Mauk has all the talent in the world but he isn't seeing things fast enough which leads to a lot of inconsistency and 'hey, that guy is open 30 yards down the field'

According to Nick Saban, his QB looked great running the no-huddle.

You don't think it's the first time Alabama has done that do you?

Because it seems like you do.

Nah. I just figured you would be sad to see your coach playing a style that is "bad for football."

The only thing that saddens me is he didn't run the play clock down to near 0 every play while doing it.
